If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without having to provide a reason.
At Lureto Interiors, we additionally offer a 30-day return period for eligible products. Our 30-day return policy provides you with an additional voluntary return period beyond your statutory right of withdrawal.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable European consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If your order consists of multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the last product.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You may also use the model withdrawal form included at the bottom of this page, although you are not required to use that form.
Your notification should clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and should include your order number and contact details where possible.
3. Returning the Product
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
We will provide you with the applicable return instructions.
For eligible returns under our 30-day return policy, we offer free return shipping.
Products should be returned securely packaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
4. Condition of Returned Products
You may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If you handle the product beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection and this results in a reduction in value, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement.
5. Refunds
If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery cost for the original shipment, where required by applicable law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent the product back, whichever occurs first.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances as permitted by applicable law.
Examples may include:
- Products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed;
- Other products or services for which an applicable statutory exception exists.
Where an exception applies to a particular product, this will be communicated to you where required by law.
7. Our 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, Lureto Interiors offers a 30-day return period for eligible products.
This means that eligible products can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not reduce or replace any statutory consumer rights you may have.
8. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not conform to the purchase agreement, you may have statutory rights that are separate from the right of withdrawal.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
